Shipping policy

At Vello D’Oro, we take pride in delivering your jewelry with exceptional care, security, and precision. Each order is handled with the same dedication and refinement as the creation itself.

1. Delivery Options & Timing

Standard Delivery: 3–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Delivery times may vary depending on region and customs clearance.
Express Delivery: For orders placed before 12:00 PM local time, express delivery may be available within 1–2 business days (for eligible areas).
Same-Day / Next-Day Delivery: Offered in selected cities or regions (e.g., within the UAE) if ordered before the daily cut-off time.
Boutique Pickup: Clients may collect their orders from an official Vello D’Oro boutique once notified.

2. Shipping Regions & Restrictions

We deliver to most countries worldwide, except restricted territories or P.O. Boxes. Certain regions may require customs duties or import taxes, which are either prepaid at checkout or borne by the client upon delivery.
In rare cases where delivery is not possible due to security or legal reasons, our team will contact you to arrange an alternative or refund.

3. Shipping Methods & Tracking

We use trusted and insured courier partners such as DHL, FedEx, and UPS.
All parcels are discreetly packaged to protect both privacy and security.
Once dispatched, clients receive a tracking number with real-time updates.

4. Order Processing & Lead Times

Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days if in stock.
Personalized or made-to-order pieces may require additional time.
If dispatch cannot occur within 30 days of confirmation, clients are entitled to a full refund.

5. Delivery & Signature Requirements

Upon delivery, an adult client (18 years or older) must be present and provide valid ID (passport, Emirates ID, or driver’s license).
The courier will verify the client’s name and signature to ensure safe handover.
Deliveries to hotels, apartments, and private residences are available if full contact details and room numbers are provided in advance.
For hotel deliveries, items are handed directly to the client after ID verification. Reception or third-party deliveries are not permitted.
We do not deliver to P.O. Boxes or temporary storage facilities.
For special requests, address updates, or personalized delivery options, clients may contact the Vello D’Oro boutique or customer care team directly.

6. Shipping Costs & Charges

Standard shipping is complimentary for qualifying orders (threshold defined by Vello D’Oro).
Express or premium shipping may incur additional charges based on location.
Customs duties or import taxes not prepaid at checkout remain the client’s responsibility.

7. Delays & Force Majeure

Delivery times are indicative and may be influenced by customs, courier delays, holidays, or external events beyond our control.
Should a significant delay occur, we will promptly inform the client and offer alternatives such as refund or re-shipment.

8. Title & Risk

Ownership and risk of loss transfer to the client upon successful delivery.
Until that time, all items remain insured under Vello D’Oro’s protection.
